I’m Ciro, an engineering leader with over 20 years in software, from writing code to building and scaling high-performing teams. My career started hands-on. Designing systems, shipping features, and learning the hard lessons of software development. Over time, I found my real strength in building environments where engineers thrive, grow, and deliver meaningful products.
I’ve led in different contexts: startups where I was the first engineer setting the foundation for growth, scale-ups where I doubled teams in months while creating career frameworks, and established companies where I focused on culture, engagement, and sustainable delivery. Along the way, I’ve built strong partnerships with product and design, always keeping the customer at the center.
Today, my focus is on leading managers, shaping strategy, and preparing the next generation of leaders. I believe engineering leadership is less about command and more about clarity. Creating alignment, trust, and the conditions for teams to do their best work.
